Edmonton, AB, December 2012 – On December 4, 2012, Aggreko launched a new industry organization to a packed room of Construction industry professionals The new organization’s name? The Construction Climate Control (C3) Advisory Group.

It was introduced at the “Top Projects Awards Luncheon”, an annual construction event recognizing the best projects in the province [of Alberta] from the past year. Hosted by Alberta Construction Magazine at the beautiful Derrick Golf & Winter Club, Aggreko was afforded the chance to pull-the-wraps off an idea that will benefit the entire Construction industry.

Essentially, the Construction Climate Control (C3) Advisory Group is focused on developing, documenting, and disseminating information around industry best-practices as they relate to construction climate control.

“We recognized a need for this”, says Ken Kachur, Senior Partner at Aggreko. “There are, currently, many best-practice associations in Construction — just not one for construction climate control.”

Kachur continues, “We wanted to do something that benefits the contractors and gives back to the industry, at the same time… the C3 Advisory Group does just that.”

And, now that the word is out about this new industry association, Aggreko is actively searching for contractor-partners who want to participate in its operation/achievement.
